      Pros

      Incredible, cutting-edge facilities providing great healthcare. Ability to move throughout the company in different positions. Busy, fast-paced environment. Good, inexpensive benefits, especially for family coverage.

      Cons

      The corporate culture often forgets the reason everyone is there - the patients. Those at the top are more interested in how things appear, rather than how they are actually working day to day. If you are passionate about your job, advocating to do the right thing (when it is not the popular choice) is not looked upon kindly, and is generally discouraged. Advancement is based on how well you can ingratiate yourself to leadership, rather than your actual level of skill or knowledge. Pay is significantly less than competitors.

      New technology, pretty building, AWESOME food in the cafeteria!

      Cons

      You have to be someones favorite to go anywhere even if you do a good job. Don't pay you for more skills learned, expected to do more than job description without pay.
