      Like the job really not happy with pay

      Pros

      I loved the patients I took care of. Working with the residents was fun because we got to teach them a lot of things that help form them as doctors. Hours are great with no weekends or holidays.

      Cons

      The pay is extremely low for the amount of work you do even when you have experience. Our pay did not go up when the pandemic hit and we were still working. No compensation for hazard. Management doesn’t make strides to hold employees accountable to make the workplace better for the whole team.

      Pros

      Coworkers are good for the most part Most employees now it is a far from steller places to work, but pull together to get things done and take care of patients Education and training are good

      Cons

      Pay Work environment Management is utterly horrendous, and will screw over employees whenever it is more convenient to so rather than the correct and right things by people, the company, patients, etc. Benefits Hours Staffing I somehow managed to get fired after I resigned (management incompetence) and thus lost out on several thousands of dollars of benefits and pay. I loved the job and the work I got to do, but couldn't stand the company and management any longer.
