      Pros

      The pay is very good for a bachelor's level social services position.

      Cons

      The opportunity to serve others and make a difference is appealing, but the high expectations and understaffed employees make it difficult to succeed and help. There are not enough staff to serve the patients in a way they deserve. Rather than helping the issue, management comes down on you and adds additional tasks. Unfortunate.

      Walking distance from most places on Campus

      Cons

      Pay is barley decent at best with tedious hours, parasitic benefits, followed by absolutely lackluster higher ups and lack of parking/free meals for employees.
