Pros
Simple duties, “easy money” if you don’t mind physical exercise. Good way to stay in shape. Pay isn’t bad. It was a quick hiring process, and they seem to take any help they can get.
Cons
Long hours, Can become redundant, exposure to the elements. At my center in Nampa, ID they didn’t start deliveries until 10am or later on most days, causing shifts to stretch well into the 6’o clock hour, would’ve been nice if trucks were loaded and deliveries started an hour earlier. On top of that it seemed almost every day after we made all of our deliveries, we had to go and help other drivers out which was frustrating because after about 7 I was ready for home but often found myself getting home between 8:30-10pm.
