Job security is not what it used to be. Random position deleting, change in bonus structure. Ownership (stock) incentive award is gone.

Pros

Gives me supreme purpose, and meaning; excellent resume booster. Loads of benefits and very odd (but lucrative) incentive bonus. Great pay considering the circumstances. Diverse workforce.

Cons

Strange business model, results in high turnover, once a month pay freq. and employees are stuck in their ways. Most people who work there have never had another job before so you must assimilate. The "Bonus" is wrapped into normal compensation and The job is de-skilled so operations only execute plans not solve their problems. Obedience over effectiveness!
