Active environment with friendly coworkers but repetitive work tiring at times

Good if you enjoy being active and physical can meet friendly people at who will help you at times for the most part supervisors will be understanding and try to work with you, but you will still need to put in the effort that is required pay is progressive and can be good once you meet top rate, decent benefits, sick days hire from with in and can try some different things if there is a spot available

Cons

Physical job that can take some time getting used to the pace. The work is repetitive and tiring at times Cant bring in electronics to work have to leave in the front lockers, can be boring at times Can get hot in the summer working in the trailers Pay progression can take a couple years to see the full benefit of top Sometimes work is unrealistic for everyone even management.

Cons

Some areas more physically taxing than others, No consideration from management for overuse injuries. Lack of care for egress in loading trailers, encouraged by supervisors to allow belt to run in unsafe manor.
