Expect you to work extra hours when needed but dont want to pay you for it Never find coverage for druvers on vacation or on leave so instead of allowing people to go driving who have been waiting 5+ years on a list to go driving, instead get temporary people and sort gets screwed over with late drivers More responsibility given to those who do their job "better", but really its just those those who just do their job and others do maybe half of what they are supposed to Basically will hire anyone and then supervisor have to deal with people who dont speak or understand English but somehow we need to teach them proper loading and safety methods Not worth it
