Pros

Great benefits and it's an easy job especially if you're looking for a second job to make money without killing yourself.

Cons

The cons I would say would be the pay if that's what you're after. Since I'm a college student I don't really mind the pay. However I do not like the union dues but my job is secure. Oh and if you don't like getting wet or being cold then maybe try the hub because you will get cold and you will get wet during winter

Pros

Great benefits/full medical, salary + O.T. if you exceed your 27.5hr minimum, paid vacation, sick days, discretionary days, looks great on a résumé, lots of advancement opportunities

Cons

Hard to find equipment during peak but that's only a temporary issue.

Pros

If you're lucky enough to get overtime it might be worthwhile

Cons

You pay high union dues for a job that lasts less then 3 months around the holiday season. And you don't have any benefits till after you work 90 calendar days, which is rare since they higher so many extra seasonal employees
