Pros

Good benefits although those don't start till after working there a year now. Semi-regular schedule. No weekends required. Get a great workout without having to pay for a gym.

Cons

The management there is the most incompetent bunch of people I have ever met. I have never worked with a less qualified group of people than the management that was Night Sort Earth City. Other cons about the job include that the starting job there is terrible. You'll either load or unload. As the least senior person, you'll get very few hours, have the lowest pay and a giant chunk of union dues taken out each week. Expect to make under a $100 a week. Eventually you get to better jobs but the initial start is so not worth it. Management there is still stuck in the 60s where you yelled at all employees and threaten their job continuously. UPS is NOT a company to build anyone up but instead tear them down and once they're done with you then they don't care.
