Pros

UPS provided me with great salary and benefits for only working there part time. Management had an open door policy and they stuck to it. Opportunities for promotion were there as long as you worked hard and were competent. I felt very informed about company news and was treated with respect. I wish I never quit because now I realize how good I had it.

Cons

The work environment for most people is in the factory. Factory environments are loud, dirty, repetitive, and boring. However, there are lots of other opportunities within the company so you aren't stuck in one place.
