Pros

2500 Tuition reimbursement per semester. Flexible with scheduling. Simple job but have to be willing to work hard. Great exercise and/or workout.

Cons

The union there is terrible. You have to pay a years worth of union dues before you get any benefits. People there who have been around for a while have seniority even if they are terrible workers, show up late, do not show up at all, sometimes even show up with alcohol on their breath. There is a real lack of discipline.

Pros

The benefits are OK. Tuition reimbursement up to $2,000 per semester. The health care package is fine for the price you pay. Opportunity for advancement within the company is pretty good here.

Cons

The hours are not the best: 3:30am - 9:15am average. No incentive program in place for supervisors to make production numbers. Pay is disproportionate to responsibilities and hours. Excessive micromanagement at all levels.

Pros

Great Benefits and a very ethical company. A well respected company which promotes great work ethics that can be taken anywhere else if you so choose. Plenty of opportunity for advancement and a great place to start a career.

Cons

Pay is sub standard but if you move up the politics and responsibility are not worth the extra pay so you end up decided to stay where you are at. Almost feel like you are at a dead end unless you want to bleed brown. No chance of thinking outside the box. If you prove that a certain method works, you have no outlet to present it. Mentality of "you can disagree but you cant disobey" Upper mgmt is very disconnected from the front lines. Too much admin work and less time focusing on your real job. Constantly asked to fill out action plans or logs so that someone can justify their job. Again, you are removed from focusing on the real problems.
