Pros

Health insurance better be the only thing you want out of this job

Cons

Every other job quality is gone. Your forced to lift extremely heavy and big objects for 200$. Your treated like you a temp even if you been there for years. Basically a big mega corporation the does not care for you.

Pros

I’d give a pro, if there was a pro.

Cons

They lie to you about what hours you’re going to work. I was ‘scheduled 5am-10am, however it ended up being 3am-10am. Don’t even get me started on the holiday schedule times, it gets even worse. They should interview at the Pacific location instead of the fife location because maybe then they won’t be considered liars. Oh also, don’t expect a pay bump or any pats on the back when you are knocking every other package handler out of the park; they’ll just make you help the slower people and get mad at you for packing the truck wrong even if it’s the person your helpings doing. I think one would be better off joining the military.

Pros

The benefits are great but I don't know if they are worth the body soreness and stress

Cons

The working conditions are extremely hot....people were not wearing their mask because it was so damn hot so the chances of getting coronavirus are very high. As a sorter, we were so understaffed because people kept quitting or calling out. The workload is ALOT; constantly lifting heavy packages, it's extremely fast-paced and stressful. You have to be very strong; mentally, physically, and emotionally to survive working at this job.
