Benefits, health insurance, pension program and 401k. Good pay for a non skilled job.

Cons

Some folks, no offense to anyone, get to technical about loading a box on a truck or even driving a truck. Management and employees alike.

You get Healthcare as a part-time employee, tho it does take 9 months.

Cons

Everyone starts Part time, majority get laid off before they get Healthcare at the 9 momth mark. You get 3.5hrs a day, sometimes 5. 80% of warehouse employees at part time.
