The role that I was hired for was nothing like the job description or what was discussed in the interview. None of my duties aligned, and I was basically doing intern-level work. This job was a waste of time and didnt utilize my skills. The salary member benefits were average in some aspects, way below average in some. For example, flexible plans that I could elect were average and useful. However, the PTO system is extremely low. I barely received a week of PTO, and the paid holidays were low. While there was unlimited sick time, and they praise using it to recover from a sickness, you are harassed when using it. Leadership was average inside of the work area, but the overall leadership in the company is horrendous. They make horrible decisions, leading to mass layoffs and reducing some employee benefits.

Compensation is not great, to just okay. Company moves very slow, and is still using old tech.
