Pros

Good working environment. Good flexibility on start time adjustments for personal appts, etc. Nice management. Pay is nice but could be better.

Cons

Part time benefits are not great. 2 weeks off for family care, as a part time worker, is not paid by your average work hours but how many hours you're hired in to work a day which is around 5. Seem you get stuck in this admin position and movement is difficult. Management helps with what they know but doesn't on what they're not familiar with so some issues frustratingly linger. No options to move into a full time position.

Pros

Actual position is not difficult Great deal of flexibility (normally)

Cons

Company may lay you off without warning Micromanagement is rampant with most managers KPIs are not relevant and make the job infinitely more complex than it needs to be Job turns into a corporate game Company as a whole does not seem to value it's employees or wants to pay them "Commission" Structure takes a degree in mathematics to understand and they can move the goal post however they want whenever they want. You have no control.
