Pros

None. The role could have potential, but the issues below overshadow any benefits.

Cons

My experience as a Delivery Driver showed that the workload is extremely demanding, especially during peak season. The operation often feels understaffed, which leads to employees being stretched thin and working under significant pressure. The overall organization needs improvement, and there is limited support for workers in the field. Equipment reliability is another major issue. The phones and scanners that drivers rely on frequently freeze, lose battery quickly, or malfunction. This slows down the workflow and adds unnecessary stress in an already fast-paced environment. Reliable tools would make the job far more manageable.
