Pros

You are paid weekly. If you opt for direct deposit, it doesn't kick in until 2 or 3rd week. Medical benefits aft 1 year but if you can hang in, company pays medical. It's free medical!

Cons

Very labours work! This job isn't for everyone. It is very physical. You are expect to keep a certain pace so packages keep moving. Which isn't easy as packages come in various sizes (envelopes, to car parts) No need to dress in you best because you will ruin you clothing. Also, expect to sweat! My shirts were soaking wet every night I left. Oh, if you quit, they don't allow you to come back. I left due to pick up issues with my kids and as a single mom I did what I needed to for my kids. So, hang in there as it is tough but the.rewards a plenty if you stay.

Pros

Good overtime, friendly people...it's a steady job as well, which means steady income at the end of the week and/or month

Cons

Very stressful and tiring...it takes getting used to. Having to life (1000) 50lb packages wears you out pretty quick in the beginning
