Pros

Decent pay and good benefits

Cons

UPS loves bringing on new accounts that bring in a ton of new business but refuses to bring in new staff to make up for the additional work. With that in addition to hothead corporate suits who only see numbers rather than the work that gets put in, I wouldn't recommend working at UPS to my worst enemy.

Pros

Your day is finished, as everyone else is just beginning. The team was awesome to work with

Cons

Pay deduction, with increased benefits that we had to pay. They expected the PT Supervisors to work in multiple departments in high-volume areas after the layoffs to help the Business Manager with bonuses that were based on company profits. Leadership has no direction and will only uphold safety or anything in the book when it is convenient for them. I watched the District Manager abuse his power in my area for personal gain, and an employee told me about this. Nothing was done of course. Retirement is constantly taken down each year from the full times which is wild to me. This is by far one of the worst-run companies out there. UPS thinks they are military but have no idea what it actually entails nor do many of them even understand the concept of leadership.
