Pros

401k match so that helps you.

Cons

Toxic work environment with no resolve from HR. Leadership dictates and does not listen or value employees. They promote and reward bad people. The company is the opposite of their core values.

Pros

Brand Recognition opens alot of doors.

Cons

Silent Layoffs constantly. Way to many directors, VP's and presidents of unknown departments. Will cut your benefits and pay yearly but will boost their own. Not the market leader they used to be. Job isn't very safe and by stripping ownership incentives its just another contract sales position. Company has created its own automated pricing to try and cuts sales resources but their custom experiences is what keeps customers.

Pros

Good base salary with work from home flexibility

Cons

Bad training, management does not support new employees much. Business can be challenging to sell because you have to overcome whatever issues caused the customer to leave UPS in the first place. There are no “new” customers at UPS, just bringing back the old ones the left.
