-Lack of thorough and structured training -Some members of management very rude and not personable -During peak season, there are A LOT of packages. When you’re tasked with loading 3-5 trucks, it’s nearly impossible to not “stack out” or have packages stacked outside your trucks because they’re coming down the belt far faster than you can efficiently put them in their correct spots. Then you have supervisors acting like you’re an incompetent fool. -They over-hired drivers during the pandemic so there was no option to advance into a driver position anytime soon. In fact, I was laid off from seasonal because they had too many employees and needed to put drivers on the belts to load their own trucks.
