Cons
The benefits are sub par. They are constantly outsourcing jobs to other countries. They use numerous different operating systems including a 1980s DOS system. They're is no straight forward training it's more a learn as you go. The only way to get promoted is by brown nosing. Performance really means nothing. The pay rate is horrible for the expected amount of work.
