Pros
The only good thing about UPS is that you get PTO and sick time, paid holidays.
Cons
Upper management is horrible. Supervisors aren’t terrible depending who you get. There’s zero communication among UPS. Nobody ever knows what’s going on with UPS as a whole. Employees get zero recognition for hard work unless you count a cookie on employee appreciation day. You get worked extremely hard for very little incentive.
