Pros

Great company that give you access to self-improvement courses and general career progression. Job security. ( You can only really lose you job if you never wanted it in the first place )

Cons

Management and colleagues needs to be sorted out. Management needs to stop penny pinching if there's more work than the shift time allows. Lazy People need to be pulled up and not avoided or re-sign.

UPS are a great company to work for. The hours are fairly flexible and the lower management take care of you and ensure that your needs are adhered to.

Cons

Upper management see you solely as a number and feel no need to care about any issues you may have.
