Pros

- No fixed breaks, you can have a break when the work is quiet but it does depend on who your team leader is. - Hourly rates are reasonable.

Cons

- Team leaders don't log your hours properly resulting in you not getting paid the right amount. - Agency staff are pushed much harder compared to contracted staff - Team leaders are pretty useless, they cant differentiate between peoples strengths and weaknesses. -
