-Insurance Benefits -Tuition Assistantance -Good work out -Opportunites for advancement

Cons

-Very very fast paced, your break is like 5 minutes or oh can fall behind -Supervisors can be rude and yell sometimes -Possibilty for injury -The Preloader shift will mess up your sleep schedule

Pros

A challenge, physical exercise, not boring, and I'm out by 9:30. The people are great as well!

Cons

Taking a day off is a No No. Definitely have to shower after every shift.

Pros

It's a job with no benefits for the first year. Also, they pay for some education expenses. This should only be a temporary job.

Cons

Management is constantly trying to push the limits of what you can do and safety is only considered when push back is received.
