Pros

Willing to give you more hours/staying later. Benefits are good. Long term your pay increases. Depending on the position, you work alone. As long as you are doing what you need to, management won’t bother you.

Cons

Minimum flexibility. Fast-Paced Environment with Hard Labor. Exhausted and Tired by the end of the shift.

Pros

The pay is decent for the work being done and the benefits are great. It's good if you already have another part-time job to work around.

Cons

The weekly hours/schedule can be inconsistent at times and not worth the drive to work.
