Team first attitude is difficult to find in the work place now days. I was pleasantly surprised how willing every team member is willing to help you to their greatest capacity for you to succeed. Benefits are ridiculously good as well as you obtain ownership in company, get a great 401k plan, with strong insurance options.

Cons

At Usacs you have a wonderful opportunity to be a part of integrated acute care team as ER and Hospitalists physicians work jointly. Currently sites are limited however by the end of the year the growth is exponential

Pros

Have been here just over three months. The support from the clinical as well as the non-clinical employees has been phenomenal. It's like everyone bends over backwards to support each other. The company is mission-driven and the culture is based on team building and bonding so that we know each other better and identify our strengths.

Cons

Recent merger with other groups has been an adjustment, although we all appear to have shared values so I don't think integration will take long.

Super responsive, make day-to-day and long range plans with employees in mind. They always try to do right by us, whether with rich benefits, competitive pay, amazing retirement contributions and a million smaller things.

Cons

It is growing so fast, every once in a while something slips through the cracks.
