      Pros

      Very flexible work schedule. CEUs, coding material, great medical benefits and educational opportunities. They are willing to hire and train if you don't have a huge amount of experience.

      Cons

      Expectations are unrealistic and impossible to meet, if you burn out trying to live up to them you are held responsible for wrecking your own health. Being treated with dignity and respect from management is practically nonexistent.

      Pros

      Several long term employees, which speaks volumes for a company. Has always felt like a small company until recently. See Cons.

      Cons

      It appears that they are more interested in bringing in outside people instead of promoting from within. It was starting to feel like a large corporation that tends to overlook very talented staff that may have many years of experience vs a degree. Can't rate the CEO, never met them!! Not like the old days at all. I will only recommend a friend that is looking a 8 - 5 job and does not want to advance.
