Many MDAs are hard to work with, don't respect CRNAs at all, micromanage when they want, go MIA when they want. Very MD led company making millions off the back of CRNAs. Will run CRNAs into the ground so the MDAs can get more money and more "points"

You are expected to be an expert on subject matter because your manager is an expert. You assume that you can work on projects without being micro managed but you are being micro managed. Daily morning meetings. Meetings all day while you are supposed to be working on projects. There was no sympathy for not getting projects completed while you were pulled away by management to work on special one off emergency projects. Management had certain employees who were favored over other employees. Management tells you that you can make mistakes but when you do make a mistake you get dinged on the mistake. Don't expect to take a lunch break, ever.
