We received quarterly bonuses. My co-workers were great and the location is in the heart of Austin!

Micro-managed. Over worked and underpaid. Favoritism among unqualified co-workers.

USAP is an excellent company to work for. Directors and managers are fair, easy to talk to and really want the best for those working with them. Pay is comparable to fair market rate for similar roles.

Cons

No complaints. I love my job!
