Cons

The pace can be challenging for some. More "huddle" rooms for team project work and team-building might be something to consider.

Very flexible work schedule. CEUs, coding material, great medical benefits and educational opportunities. They are willing to hire and train if you don't have a huge amount of experience.

Cons

Expectations are unrealistic and impossible to meet, if you burn out trying to live up to them you are held responsible for wrecking your own health. Being treated with dignity and respect from management is practically nonexistent.
