great pay and health benefits.IT team is close knit. Management and directors are great to work with and cares for employees.

Cons

IT program is not yet mature, which can be hard on the team.The utmost flexibility is needed. Technology decisions and practices seem indirectly dictated or swayed by opinions of the physicians (or even sometime other departments ,instead of the technology professionals) without regard to if its the most efficient direction for the company as a whole or its employees.
