Pros

Next door to a cafe.

Cons

They will low ball you about the salary. They will try to keep you down if you are really good at your job, so you are not able to advance. Micro manages all the time. Higher management not to be trusted.

Pros

-The data entry/billing side of things is easy. If you have a decent manager/director then they don't care what you do (listen to podcast/music/have on a tv show/movie) just so long as you get the work done. -Good benefits including health insurance and 401k.

Cons

-When it comes to upper management, especially directors, they rarely hire from inside the company (if at all). The outside hires usually have very little understanding as to what works and will often try to have command over their employees rather than working with them. -A lot of work is outsourced to India rather than hiring locally. -PTO does not roll over and is given "up front" meaning if you go over a certain amount before "earning" it you might get a talking to. And if you do that and are fired or quit, then they will deduct the balance from your last pay check. -If you are on the data entry side you will have times where you will have to work what is essentially mandatory overtime.
