Pros

Long hours but does give you a sense of accomplishment when you see those who you train become leaders. I recommend this job to anyone who is willing to sacrifice their time and energy bettering those around them.

Cons

Deployments and field time. Those that like to spend a lot of time with their family should shy away from a career in the Army. This job is demanding and will take you away from loved ones often.
