Pros

Working at division, you actually do your job with less regular army activities. Removed my fear for public speaking. Real Deployments are exciting. Coworkers genuinely become family.

Cons

Leadership is hit or miss. Loved the 1st ones and ones I was tasked to on deployment, not so much the 2nd. Big army as a 35F can become stale after a while. If you're in ops, you get stuck as a badge maker and regular office job except when you need to do exercises.
