Pros
I have been working for the Census Bureau for almost 3 years now, started out in a Not to Exceed role and then they brought me on permanently. Having some flexibility with my work schedule is a plus.
Cons
Turn-around time to resolve certain HR related requests can be lengthy, and when calling to check on the status, they're unable to provide details other than "it's assigned to a payroll specialist."
