The experience of working here is the con. This agency just hires the worst for every 4/5 hires. The bad people get to be your managers. There is an insane amount of bullying, harassment and hostility in this place. They have these ‘Partner in Resolutions’ which is really just HR and Management working together to erase/justify everything wrong. “tHeY iNvEsTiGaTeD tHeMsELveS aNd fOuND nOtHiNG tO bE wRoNg,” Failing upwards and corruptly is the name of the game. They have multiple levels of management if you want/need to do anything which is also a huge problem. You want to do a learning opportunity that your agency offers? Too bad if your manager doesnt like you or is too incompetent to do their job and WILL HOLD YOU BACK from doing so. Your manager decides how successful you can/will and cant/wont be. Thankfully I got a job offer somewhere else. I truly feel sorry for the next generation of workers coming in. You were either desperate for a job or you actually believed this agency is decent. You will learn soon enough.

The secret police are constantly surveilling everyone's personal life to try to kick people out now for things unrelated to work performance. One colleague was doing his best when he got cancer, but he was unable to pay all his medical bills and didn't have a good plan to while he was fighting for his life, so they fired him for financial concerns. Took his health insurance and everything. Nobody is safe and your life is not your own here.
