Pros

Very few. Medical benefits are good.

Cons

Employee's have little or no rights and no voice (HR, EEO etc. make it clear they work for DIA management, not employees. Management can and do whatever they want with no repercussions. OIG appears to be almost nonexistent. If you aren't a member of the "inner circle" you don't stand a chance.

Pros

blue badge, taking out your salary-envy on contractors

Cons

pay, bureaucracy (oh. my. god), flying coach on 15 hour flight vastly underpaid as senior IT (not management), feel like unicorn because I actually am techie - unlike almost everyone in IT services, depressing to know how badly our country is screwed if this agency is any indication no training, not given opportunity to learn or keep current on anything
