Plenty promised none delivered ever

Cons

Takes months to start working multiple interviews and background investigations. Only to be told to learn two different restaurants in 3 days and if you can’t run the line when those days are over management cuts hours even if you quit your job to come work there and blames you for not knowing two different restaurants two different fridges two different make lines and be able to operate them alone after 3 days

DLA Leadership does not have your back when it comes to challenging the Shipyard. People being promoted with out any experience or Leadership abilities. They ofter leave you flailing to figure things out. It's very much ..."this is how it's always been done". environment. Shipyard is toxic to work around.
