      Pros

      Professional organization with leadership committed to the mission and it's people.

      Cons

      Get better at 3 year rule and the logic process of granting extensions. It seems like the PLFA's have different sets of rules.

      Pros

      Flexible work schedule, good pay, and benefits. Depending upon responsibilities there are opportunities for teleworking and a child care center that is subsidized next to the headquarters building.

      Cons

      Senior leadership too interested in addressing polictical agendas. Need too focus more on workforce development whcih is currently more of a slogan rather than a core principle.
