I can't think of any cons

If your young noone will take you seriously. youll be treated as if you just enlisted in a branch and you know nothing. i was continually written up and eventually Terminated for what called continual "insubordination". Literally ruined my life. the work was easy and fulfilling but the average coworker was 50 and would just treat me with disgust because i was young with lots of ambition. totally made me look like some devious delinquent and upper managment was just concerned about making an "example". Union head was closed minded and got pretty much nothing accomplished for me. A big High School atmosphere with immature adults. Def not a place for a recent grad unless you get a white collar position. supervisor extremely micromanaged. you couldnt even go to the bathroom with first letting him know...
