      Federal Government so good pay and benefits.

      Cons

      The people. Government workers are very lax and try to the minimum possible to earn a paycheck. It is highly unionized so no one has any drive to become a supervisor. Front line leads or supervisors are the ones who bear the brunt of the abuse because they can't do anything to unionized workers and get blamed from the top when the unionized workers don't follow directions. I didn't actually realize this until I started working and after 6 months I left.
