      Pros

      The pay is pretty good for the work. Federal benefits aren't bad.

      Cons

      Where do I start? Lack of communication. No management faith in employees. Apathy is encouraged through poor incentive programs and even poorer management attitudes.

      Pros

      The flexible hours and job stability are second to none. A great place to work if you are willing to accept a decrease in salary and slow advancement in exchange for the flexibilty to see your family and on-site daycare at a third of local rates.

      Cons

      An often remarkable lack of competence among coworkers and poor performance metrics and incentives.

      Job Secuirty, Flexible Hours, Gym facilities are nice. Career opportunities are available but it's time driven. Work life

      Cons

      Tuition Assistance is difficult to get apporved. Salary not comparable to private sector. Congress is constantly changing benefits, salary caps, and business process.
