      Usual federal benefits, pension, time off, okay 401k (TSP) matching, stable.

      Cons

      Can't trust anything leadership says and extremely contradictory. You are at the whim of who every happens to fail to the top. Union is ineffective at best, malicious at worst.

      I do not have anything nice to say.

      Cons

      No room for promotion. Company was restructuring and because the job isn't appealing, they overlook current employees for promotion to bring new talent in and offer higher pay. Guess who gets to train someone with less experience that makes more money. The current employee.
