      Pros

      Great place to build a career. Hard work is acknowledged. The support system amongst co-workers and management is one of my favorite things about this company. Work/life balance is also important. Whether you're just starting out in the industry or been in the industry for 20+ years, there's a place for you.

      Cons

      This isn't the place for you if you need to be micromanaged. Everyone is willing to help you but you also need to learn to be self-sufficient.
