Pros

Great culture and great coworkers. This is the best employer I've ever worked for. I think they pay people fairly. Good work-life balance. You worked with skilled people who treat you good.

Cons

Some of the technology is out dated. They try to use modern up to date stuff when they can, but the ERP system is old and holds the company back. Also being the Electrical Distribution industry so employees in the field and customers are conservative when it comes to trying new things. Also I feel the HR Department is antiquated in many of their processes. I was amazed how often I was sent a Microsoft Word form to fill out print, sign and send back. it's 2022 gotta improve that.
