      -Good environment to work in, there is a focus on developing employees careers -Opportunities to be involved in cross functional projects to learn more -Most of my coworkers are friendly and happy to be at work each day which is nice to be around for 40 hours a week -Team environment on a daily basis weather it be day to day tasks or larger projects

      -Not the most glamorous industry, but a good company and good people

      Very motivated operations team always looking to improve on the customer service experience. Employee's are engaged and there are great opportunities for growth and advancement.

      Cons

      The health insurance is a little expensive but there are multiple options available.
