The employees are my favorite part. I am amazed every day at some of the people I work with. Most of the counter guys are working with over 30 years of experience each. I'm always enlightened by the intelligence of the people in corporate. There are specific people who specialize in individual problems so you always know who to ask for the correct answer and you are very rarely disappointed. Besides that, most of the employees are also just genuinely nice, good-hearted, and hard working individuals with a sense of humor that makes each day enjoyable. We hold monthly events with customers that improves customer-employee-vendor relations while also enhancing the day to day work life. They definitely give a refreshing break from the sometimes mundane routines. Opportunities in the company are vast and advancement comes easily to those who work for it. Dress is business casual in the branches and where appropriate. This definitely gives the company a more comfortable feel. You can look nice without worrying about being under dressed.
