      Pros

      I love working for USESI. It's like working for a start-up within a huge company. The CEO promotes an innovative and entrepreneurial work environment with minimal bureaucracy. I'm not micro-managed and have never been more motivated in my career. The company is privately-held, which has huge advantages. Mainly, they have a long term vision of being the leader in this space and they don't concern themselves with the short-term need to satisfy shareholders. After many jobs, I finally found my ideal company.

      Pros

      - Work/Life Balance is great because nobody cares what you do (or don't do). - Easy work/minimal effort - Profitable company - Poor pay and benefits

      Cons

      - Company still operates as if it was 1970 - Average age of employees hovers around 60 - Employees are wasting time until retirement - President should not be running company - zero management experience - Outward, conservative political views
