Pros

Definitely enjoying the benefit perks including 11 federal holidays, paid sick AND vacation time, you can accrue credit hours for working "overtime". A very flexible schedule with accommodating in and out times.

Cons

At times it feels like employees who work hard, aren't be compensated accurately or identified by upper management. Because it's a government agency pay increases, supplies and the hiring process takes longer than it should.
